Encourage bees to your garden, patio or windowsill with our special edition bee-friendly growing kit. Sadly, bees are on the decline so need our help! Herbs make great bee attractors as they have brightly coloured flowers and fragrances and can be grown in a garden or in small pots and containers.

Sow seeds in early spring indoors and plant out when seedlings are four inches tall, or sow directly in the ground in late spring after the last frost.

Complete with seeds and growing materials this kit contains illustrated educational content about the lives of bees, their role in the natural world and what we can do help them.

With easy to follow instructions, So kits make beautiful botanical gifts that benefit people and planet. The seeds can be sown indoors in spring and moved outside when warm enough.

The kit contains all the materials you need to get your seedlings started:

  • 6 x wood pulp pots

  • 6 x coir compost pellets

  • 3 x oak plant markers handmade in Somerset from reclaimed wood

  • 3 x packets of organic seeds - Rosemary, Borage and Sage

  • 3 x illustrated botanical prints including info about plant properties and uses, along with sowing instructions

  • An A3 illustrated info sheet about the lives of bees

  • Sowing instructions

The kit materials and packaging are all recycled, reclaimed and biodegradable. You can literally add it to the compost heap!
